THE MIND-BODY APPROACH
The mind–body connection is a long standing tradition and has a valuable place in current integrated medical practices. From Harvard to Stanford, research utilizing the mind as an essential tool for health, healing, and pain control has been demonstrated through relaxation, meditation, hypnosis and mindfulness. Working with the mind develops the dialogue between the deepest parts of you and your physical body.
